Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager (Hotel Operations). The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the hotel. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, optimizing operational processes, and implementing training systems. The role is on-site and is located in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management and optimizing operational processes
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and Training skills
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to implement and uphold high standards of service
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
