Job Description/Requirements
This is an on-site position for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong background in the crane rental or equipment leasing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, leading teams, and cultivating strong client relationships to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
- Must be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical business unit (preferably EPC, Crane leasing or heavy equipment sales/leasing company)
- Strong background in engineered or complex lifts (a major plus)
- Proven experience in project management
- Demonstrated capacity-building skills and leadership
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is essential Existing relationships in the oil and gas, power generation/transmission, and manufacturing industry is a plus.
