Operations Lead (Onsite Supervisor ) Accomodation is available
A growing food business is in need of someone sharp, organized, and trustworthy who will take full responsibility for the online operations of our growing food business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all online platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram)
- Coordinate deliveries: ensure correct packing, dispatch, and delivery follow-up
- Oversee stock-taking and inventory tracking (online and offline)
- Supervise order pick-ups, especially for online customers coming to the shop
- Monitor store activities without handling cash
- Report daily updates to the business owner
- Support and guide the customer care/online sales rep
- Apply marketing and communication skills to boost online engagement and conversion.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and written English
- Marketing skills: should know how to talk persuasively and professionally
- Good with figures, stock, and record-keeping
- Proactive, with strong leadership qualities
- Must be trustworthy and reliable, we can’t afford mistakes or carelessness
Preferred Qualification:
- Minimum OND or equivalent
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Working in a food business, or operations or inventory : 1 year (Preferred)
