ABOUT THE ROLE
Online-bet Company, a leading sports company, is seeking a creative and results-driven Online Social Media Affiliate Program Marketer to lead and expand our affiliate marketing efforts across major social platforms. In this remote role, you will play a key part in growing our network of digital partners and influencers, helping more customers connect with the best in sports betting and promotions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital strategies to recruit, onboard, and engage new affiliates via Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Build and nurture relationships with affiliates for ongoing campaign success and support.
- Design and optimize affiliate marketing content and social campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance data to continuously improve results.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure campaigns align with company goals and brand voice. Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the sports and gaming sectors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media and affiliate marketing, preferably for sports or entertainment brands.
- Proven track record recruiting and growing affiliate networks through digital platforms.
- Demonstrable ability to create compelling campaigns and motivate affiliates.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with affiliate management platforms. Creative thinker, self-starter, and excellent communicator.
WORK SCHEDULE
Fully remote with flexible hours and collaboration across time zones.
