Key Responsibilities::
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in electronic filing systems.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression of the company.
- Support various administrative tasks including mail distribution and shipping.
- National Diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Net Salary: 80-90k
