Job Summary
The Nvault Manager is responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the bank’s mobile banking application. The role involves overseeing product development, user acquisition, app store performance (downloads, ratings, and reviews), customer engagement, and ensuring that the app delivers a seamless digital banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the strategic management of the mobile app to ensure continuous growth and adoption.
· Drive app downloads and customer onboarding across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
· Monitor app store performance metrics, including downloads, active users, retention, ratings, and reviews.
· Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase app visibility, downloads, and usage.
· Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure app functionality, security, and excellent user experience.
· Track user feedback and analytics to recommend product enhancements and bug fixes.
· Provide regular performance reports on downloads, user activity, and app revenue contribution.
· Ensure compliance with CBN, NIBSS, and other regulatory guidelines relating to digital banking.
· Train and guide branch and marketing staff on promoting the app to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in digital banking, mobile app management, product management, or fintech.
· Experience in managing mobile app adoption, digital channels, or electronic banking products.

· Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, and mobile app ecosystems.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze app performance and user behavior.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
