Job Description:
The Multi-Disciplined Inspectors will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in non-destructive testing (NDT) and piping inspection, coupled with advanced rope access supervision capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead rope access inspection teams, ensuring strict adherence to IRATA safety protocols and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive API 570 Piping Inspections, including in-service and out-of-service assessments, damage mechanism identification, and remaining life calculations.
- Perform advanced NDT inspections using ISO9712 Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Testing (MT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) techniques.
- Interpret inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to develop inspection plans and schedules.
- Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- IRATA Level 3 Supervisor certification is mandatory.
- API 570 Piping Inspector certification is mandatory.
- ISO 9712 UT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
- ISO 9712 MT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
- ISO 9712 RT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
- Proven supervisory experience in rope access operations.
- Excellent understanding of inspection codes, standards, and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging environments and maintain a high level of safety awareness.
