About Art In Heart
We are a creative social enterprise using poetry, visual art, storytelling, and science to drive sustainable community development in prisons, IDP camps, schools, and digital spaces. We publish transformative books, host healing workshops, and build platforms for youth-led innovation.
What You’ll Do
As our Impact & Learning Coordinator , you will:
- Track and evaluate the outcomes of our workshops, campaigns, and programs
- Collect feedback, testimonials, and success stories from beneficiaries and stakeholders
- Develop simple tools for measuring creative and social impact (e.g., feedback forms, reflection logs)
- Write reflective reports to support grants, partnerships, and international collaborations
- Contribute to a culture of learning and storytelling within the team
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have strong skills in research, data interpretation, reporting, or program evaluation
- Are passionate about arts, healing, social justice, or youth empowerment
- Love both structure and story—balancing metrics with meaning
- Can commit 5–8 hours a week remotely or hybrid, for at least 3–6 months
- Want to contribute to a bold, visionary movement with limited resources but limitless heart
