Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
- Develop territory plans and meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Generate accurate reports on sales performance, customer visits, and leads Attend industry conferences and sales meetings as required
Requirements:
- A science-related degree or medical background
- Proven experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (3–5 years minimum)
- Strong network within the Lekki-Ajah healthcare ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must reside around the Lekki-Ajah axis (non-negotiable)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to travel across assigned territory and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and ethical practices in pharmaceutical sales Existing relationships with decision-makers in medical institutions
