Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Pharmaceutical Wholesale Outlet
Job Purpose:
To promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and health practitioners, ensuring consistent sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients within assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular visits to clients for order generation and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels with clients to anticipate and meet demand.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market intelligence.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Track customer payments and support the recovery of overdue invoices where necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Valid driver’s license
