As a Marketing Strategist at Lextorah, you will play a pivotal role in leading both client and internal Lextorah marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives that align with established business goals. This role provides an opportunity for a strategic thinker to create insights from data to build plans that drive results.
Key Areas of Focus:
Develops and presents strategic marketing plans
Collaborates with team to execute cross-channel marketing tactics
Creates internal and client-facing performance reports, utilizing data to provide insights and optimization recommendations
Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, content approach, email marketing, social media and more.
Campaign Management: Plan, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are effectively targeted, monitored and optimized.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate content and channel performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Strategy: Develop a strategic content approach and collaborate with our writers to create compelling, engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
SEO: Analyze and optimize website content for search engines to increase organic and paid traffic.
Social Media Management:Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing and nurture campaigns, including segmentation, automation and A/B testing.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, writers, designers and developers, to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
Measurement and Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital and direct marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and reporting tools.
Proficiency with digital marketing software and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
