Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Marketing Staff member. The Marketing Staff member will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and engaging with customers to provide excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, advertising available property listings, working with the sales team to attract buyers, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful property transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategy
• Proven Sales skills and ability to attract buyers
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
