Job Summary:
The Creche Staff will provide safe, stimulating, and nurturing care for children in the creche area. The staff member will supervise and engage with the children, provide snacks and meals, and ensure that the environment is clean and tidy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play, storytime, and music
- Prepare and serve snacks and meals, following dietary restrictions and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized creche area, ensuring that toys and equipment are cleaned and disinfected regularly
- Monitor children's developmental progress and report any concerns to the supervisor
- Work collaboratively with other creche staff members and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Understanding of child development and best practices for infant and toddler care
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Working Conditions:
- The Creche Staff will work indoors, in a classroom setting.
- They may be required to sit, stand, or move around for extended periods, and may need to lift and move equipment as required.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦110,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
