Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a data-driven skilled marketer with a passion for building brands and driving online sales to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies; someone who understands digital trends, loves fashion, and can turn clicks into conversions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute profitable marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, email, and other platforms.
- Manage ad creatives, sales funnels, and conversion strategies (retargeting, prospecting, lookalikes, etc.) for our ecommerce store.
- Build and optimize email marketing automations and promotional campaigns.
- Track and optimize strategies to deliver revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals. Regularly report marketing and sales performance indicators (such as ROAS, CTR, AOV, CAC, etc.)
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum in Meta Advertising (Facebook and Instagram)
- 1 year minimum in Google and Youtube advertising
- 1 year minimum in TikTok advertising
- A big plus is snapchat advertising
- Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle marketing is also a plus Knowledge of Influencer marketing and Media buying is a great plus.
Work Type
- 100% Remote 40-hour work weeks (Monday - Friday), you're also allowed to be flexible provided you meet your 40-hour work week goal
Salary
150,000 naira monthly
