Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Manage sales channels, including direct selling to schools, overseeing retail outlets, processing website orders, and managing the social media marketplace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth
- Document marketing and sales activities, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all sales channels promptly and professionally. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma) or B.Sc.
- Effective communication skills

- At least one year’ work experience in a related field will be an advantage
