Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role involves creating and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. Additionally, this role requires collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities
- Experience in Tender bid preparation, Use of Nipex portal
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong skills in developing and implementing business development strategies
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management and teamwork
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
