Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development/Marketing Executive to drive growth and expand our client base within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or marketing in a hospital, HMO, or healthcare organization, with strong relationship management, negotiation, and strategic sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s healthcare services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales and revenue targets as set by management.
Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in business development or marketing in the healthcare sector (HMO, hospital, or similar organization).
Strong knowledge of healthcare business operations, HMO processes, and client acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
