Our client is a dynamic company seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations and email management/outreach efforts. This role plays a key part in keeping communications organized, assisting with project management, email marketing, and supporting social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM management, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.










Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

• Email and Calendar Management:
  • Keep the inbox up-to-date and organized to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
  • Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Lead Outreach:
  • Conduct warm and cold outbound outreach to potential leads via email and phone.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM for lead tracking and communication management (Zoho proficiency preferred).
• Project Management Support:
  • Track marketing deliverables, tasks, and due dates to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including communication managers, designers, and other team members through clear and timely email communication.
• Administrative and Logistics Support:
  • Provide general administrative assistance to support marketing operations and logistics as needed.
• Social Media Management:
  • Assist with posting and managing content across social media platforms to maintain active online presence.
Creative Support (Nice-To-Have): Support graphic design editing and content creation using tools such as Canva (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Experience and Skills:
  • 2+ years experience in a marketing admin role or similar.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Experience in social media management and basic graphic design/editing is a plus.
  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
