We’re on a mission to redefine the dining experience in Abuja, blending great meals with excellent service and a strong community feel. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase customer base and brand awareness.
- Drive campaigns (online and offline) that boost foot traffic, online orders, and customer loyalty.
- Manage social media presence, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies. Lead a small marketing team and coordinate with other departments for campaign success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing (F&B or hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong digital marketing and content strategy skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
