Job Description & Person Specifications
Position: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer, HiiT Abuja Branch (MCROHAB).
Direct Report: Business Manager.
Job Location: Must be Resident in Abuja.
*Also open to individuals who just recently completed NYSC or looking for PPA*
Role Summary
Customer Relations Management and Marketing functions at Abuja Branch.
A. Key Accountabilities:
Customer Relations Management
Functions:
1. Manage CRM functions.
2. Supervise the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Customers data for informed marketing decision making.
3. Sustain and improve on Brand reputation.
(1). Marketing Management Functions:
1. Support the actualization of set
Territory's Marketing and sales Goals/ Objectives.
2. Support lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N1 above.
B. Core Competencies & Skills
1. Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
2. Must possess Marketing/Sales Analytical Skills.

3. At least inintermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
4. Good written and verbal communication.

C. Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
2. A minimum of 1 year proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in a corporate environment.
3. Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Fducation Sector
