Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and real estate services.
- Create content for websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
- Manage online property listings on real estate portals, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and sales teams to ensure accurate and effective communication of property features and benefits. Plan and execute property tours, open houses, and promotional events.
