Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of estate-facing Sales Officers
• Supervise sales representatives: Monitor daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure targets are met
• Conduct training sessions: Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training to existing team members.
Assign sales territories or leads: Ensure fair and strategic distribution of sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy Execution:

• Achieve sales targets and goals: Align with company objectives and ensure the team is on track.
• Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators like conversion rates, deal size, and pipeline funnel
• Monitor daily field activities, review reports, and manage CRM input
Collaborate with community and onboarding teams for activation and support

Client Deal Management:

• Responsible for closing high-value deals: Steps in to assist team members with complex or key clients.
• Handle escalations: Resolve client concerns or deal with obstacles that require higher-level intervention.
Maintain key customer relationships: Ensure long-term satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare sales reports: Weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Liaise with management: Communicate field insights and team performance to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing,
Relationship Management, customer support, and product development teams to align sales efforts.

Process Improvement:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience is required
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
