Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Represent management in internal and external audits.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Prepare management review reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with department heads to implement company objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory and certification bodies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a management/quality assurance role.
- Familiarity with ISO and SEDEX standards.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
