Job Description
- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the organization’s facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- The role ensures that assets are maintained in good working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate activities of the maintenance team.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues.
- Control maintenance budgets and monitor inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and asset performance.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
