Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Chalawa. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of machinery, ensuring quality control, and managing hand tools. The role includes monitoring machine performance, adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Machine Operator will work closely with team members to maintain efficient workflow and production quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Machine Operation and handling Hand Tools
• Knowledgeable in Quality Control processes and ensuring product standards
• Strong Communication skills to work effectively with team members
• Experience with various types of Machinery
• Ability to work on-site in Chalawa
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus
