Job Position: Lounge Manager (18hours lounge and Bar Kubwa)
Job Locations: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- As Lounge Manager you are responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operations of 18hours lounge kubwa, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service and atmosphere.
- You are to manage staff, oversee inventory, and may be involved in menu planning and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Staff Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop lounge staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and addressing any issues.
Operational Management:
- Ensure the lounge is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Oversee the ordering of food and beverages, managing inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain proper liquor inventories and controls.
- Implement and enforce company standards for service, cleanliness, and safety.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and friendly welcome, and that their needs are met effectively.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement solutions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with promotional activities for the lounge.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including health and safety reports.
- Monitor financial performance of the lounge, providing data for analysis and improvement.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
