Job summary
We are seeking legal interns to assist our lawyers with various tasks, including legal research, legal opinions,advisory documents and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced law firm environment.
This is an unpaid remote internship.
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various legal topics,draft legal opinions, assist with internal legal activities.
- Assist lawyers with document preparation, including drafting memos, opinions, MoU's and other legal documents.
- Assist in document organization, and other tasks related to general legal operations. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's practices, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Must be a final-year law student, recent law graduate, or currently enrolled in (or awaiting admission to) the Nigerian Law School.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to collaborate in a remote setting.
