Graphic Designer - Remote

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: NGN 400,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are The Social Construct, a leading UK (but with offices in South Africa) marketing agency hyper focused on the construction industry.

We create amazing videos, scroll-stopping social media profiles and engaging personal brands for our clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Graphic Designer to anchor our creative team. You will be responsible for generating compelling visuals across a variety of social media platforms, as well as branding and producing digital assets such as banners, digital brochures, etc.

This role demands a blend of leadership and collaboration, as you will guide the creative direction while working in concert with a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of impactful designs for our social media presence, from concept to execution.
• Interpret design briefs and craft engaging visual stories.
• Collaborate on a range of projects including social media graphics, logos, corporate identities, and more.
• Produce captivating digital artwork for websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines.
Work closely with client relations, content creators, and the Head of Creative to ensure cohesive and effective design outputs.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience in creating compelling designs for social media.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in video editing, particularly with After Effects & Premier Pro.
Experience with web design.
