Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Lawyer role located in Lagos. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, representing the company in legal proceedings, and conducting legal research. The Lawyer will work closely with various departments to offer legal support and ensure that company operations adhere to legal standards.

Qualifications

• Legal Document Preparation and Review skills
• Experience in providing Legal Advice and Conducting Legal Research
• Compliance and Regulatory knowledge
• Representing companies in legal proceedings and dispute resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and a professional law qualification
• Experience in financial or technology sectors is a plus
