Junior Lead Generator – Entry-Level Role (Office-based)

Salary: ₦100,000 + 5% commission on every sale (Potential to earn ₦250,000 – ₦500,000 monthly)

Are you smart, eager to learn, and looking to start your career in sales or business development? We’re looking for energetic graduates to join our growing team as Junior Lead Generators at Top 100 , located in Igboho Street, Alapere/Ogudu, Lagos.

This is an entry-level role — no previous experience is required , though any past experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Searching online for potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Reaching out to businesses via email, phone calls, or social media
• Organizing and tracking leads for the sales team
Supporting client engagement and follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For:

• A graduate (any field)
• Confident using the internet and computer tools for research and outreach
• Quick-thinking , organized, and good at solving problems
• Eager to learn – you’ll receive full training for the first 3 weeks
• Comfortable working and communicating in a shared 18-person office
• Respectful, professional, and a team player
• Must own a laptop/computer for this role
• Preferably living in or near Alapere/Ogudu to avoid long commute times
  

What You Get:

• Basic salary of ₦100,000
• 5% commission on each successful sale
• High earning potential – ₦250K to ₦500K monthly possible through commissions
