The Opportunity:
As an IT Project Manager Intern, you will be the central nervous system of our product teams. You will orchestrate the entire development lifecycle, ensuring that our talented designers, developers, and QA testers work in synergy to deliver exceptional products on schedule. This is a critical leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives on bringing structure to creative processes and guiding teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate Projects: Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of software projects, meticulously defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Champion Agile: Implement and master Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating key ceremonies that foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the Hub: Act as the primary communication link between all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a shared understanding of goals.
- Master the Tools: Utilize modern project management software (Notion, Asana, Jira) to maintain a clear view of project progress, manage backlogs, and report on key metrics.
- Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing and implementing strategies to keep projects on track.
