Job Summary
As the Investment & Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding Teachly’s reach and sustainability. You’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships, while also driving fundraising and investment opportunities to support our vision of transforming education in Africa.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract investments, grants, and funding opportunities for Teachly.
- Identify, build, and manage partnerships with schools, institutions, corporates, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Represent Teachly in partnership meetings, conferences, and events, showcasing our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, operations) to design win-win proposals and partnership models.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and potential investors.
- Track partnership outcomes and prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and management. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors/partners to foster long-term collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in partnership development, business development, investment relations, or fundraising (preferably in EdTech, Technology, or Education sector).
- Proven track record of securing partnerships or funding.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
- Passion for education, innovation, and technology-driven solutions.
