Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and improve HR trackers for attendance, performance, and compliance.
- Monitor employee activities and proactively follow up with defaulters.
- Generate and present performance reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated across the company.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Lead and manage employee performance review cycles and recommend development strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and team productivity.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures firmly but fairly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to create, monitor, and improve HR performance.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, HRIS tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and firm when addressing performance or compliance issues.
