Job Title: Instrument Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the set revenue target from Instrument Sales within the assigned Territory
- Maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of no more than 45 days
- Maintain Net Profit Margin of 40% Deliver Quarterly and Monthly Revenue and Profitability Forecasts (95% accuracy)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field with at least a second-class upper division.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, laboratory products, or diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and existing network of contacts in research labs, diagnostics labs, hospitals, or pharma companies is a preferred qualification.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel frequently as required.
