Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new skincare formulations, including creams, lotions, serums, and other cosmetic products.
• Conduct stability, efficacy, and safety testing on formulations to ensure product performance.
• Optimize production processes to enhance product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Evaluate raw materials and active ingredients for suitability and compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensure all skincare products meet regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, ISO standards).
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to refine formulations based on consumer trends.
• Troubleshoot formulation or production issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain documentation, including formulation records, safety data sheets, and test reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in skincare or cosmetic product formulation.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and preservatives used in skincare.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing methods.
• Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
