Our Client is a professional HVACR company providing a full range of specialized and detailed refrigeration and air-conditioning services. With state-of-the-art technologies, rigorous process compliance, and a passion for excellence, they deliver comfort, safety, and satisfaction to clients across diverse industries.

They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVACR Engineer & Technologist to join their Technical Service Department, the resource hub of the organization. This department is renowned for its technical expertise in HVACR systems, general construction, climate security, energy management, food security, and indoor environment quality.

• Location: Lekki, Lagos (with availability to travel to Abuja)

• Compensation: ₦400,000 Net monthly
  

• Start Date: Immediate
  

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and provide technical support for HVACR technicians to meet service demands.
  

• Review and validate design drawings, load calculations, and capacity assessments for building infrastructure.
  

• Prepare, interpret, and manipulate AutoCAD and Revit drawings.
  

• Oversee installation, start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of HVACR systems.
  

• Conduct regular training programs for technicians on modern service techniques and safety standards.
  

• Review technicians’ work for quality assurance, compliance, and productivity improvement.
  

• Manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitability.
  

• Maintain strong communication with vendors, clients, and factory representatives on warranties, recalls, and technical issues.
  

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• B.Sc or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field (advanced degree is an advantage).
  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVACR engineering/management.
  

• Professional certifications (e.g., CHD, NSE membership, COREN registration).
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, and other design/load calculation tools.
  

• Strong understanding of ASHRAE standards, airflow/piping diagrams, and building load software.
  

• Excellent leadership, project management, and client engagement skills.
  

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  

• Exceptional communication, conflict management, and technical reporting skills.
  

• Strong personal drive for improvement, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
  

• Ability to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays as required).
