Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: 400k-500k

About the Role:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring a positive work environment, and implementing policies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement programs.
- Address grievances, mediate disputes, and ensure fair treatment of employees.
Performance Management & Training
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Support managers in coaching and developing their teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure salary structures remain competitive.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and incentives
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with employment laws and recommend policy updates.
HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
- Use HR software to streamline HR operations and track key HR metrics.
- Provide HR analytics and insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
