Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and files.
- HR Projects: Assisting with special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy development, and research.
- Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics, providing insights and recommendations. Communication: Interacting with employees, management, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.
