We need an experienced HR Manager with 5-10 years of experience. This role is key to shaping our company culture, developing HR strategies, and managing the entire employee lifecycle to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can build and scale HR operations.
Job Description:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations. Coach managers on providing effective feedback and performance improvement plans.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with all Nigerian labor laws. Develop and update the employee handbook and other HR policies.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
