Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive employee information.
- Use HR analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee engagement.
- Guide and support HR team members in their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
- 5 - 7 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role (preferably in banking).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Skilled in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information well.
- Ability to develop required policies, processes & procedures and standardize the department.
