Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage employee records, contracts, and leave schedules
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff on HR matters Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in NGO or social impact sector
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practice
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and written communication skills
