-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
-Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
-Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
-Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
-Handle payroll management, including salary processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
-Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and employee benefits to ensure competitive compensation structures.
-Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
-Maintain HR records and track key HR metrics to improve processes.
