Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Lagos (70% Remote)
Reports To: HR Manager
Experience Level: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager
Assist in recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews, shortlisting CVs, and coordinating assessments
Maintain employee records and update the HR database accurately
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in tracking leave, attendance, and time-off records
Help with performance management documentation and processes
Coordinate staff engagement initiatives and internal communications
Support HR compliance and documentation tasks
Prepare HR reports as required
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
Basic knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labour law
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
Resides in Lagos (must be available for occasional physical meetings or tasks)

Pay: ₦130,000.00 - ₦170,000.00 per month
