Job Purpose / Summary:
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting the organization’s human resources and administrative operations. The role ensures smooth office management, effective staff support, compliance with policies, and efficient coordination of resources to achieve business goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employee relations, and workplace regulations.
- Manage office activities, supplies, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and confidential records.
- Support staff training, development, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Salary Range:
₦150,000 per month
