Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as required
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and polish furniture
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene protocols
• Assist in laundry duties if required
• Respond to guest requests politely and professionally
Maintain privacy and security for all guests and their belongings

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Time management and efficiency
• Trustworthy, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is an advantage
On-the-job training may be provided

Working Conditions:
