Job Description/Requirements
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas within the facility. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (including toilets, sinks, and showers)
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Spot cleaning walls, windows, and mirrors
- Room/Area Preparation:
- Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels
- Restocking amenities (e.g., toiletries, coffee/tea)
- Ensuring guest rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Other Duties:
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues
- Assisting with laundry duties as needed
- Following all safety and security procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized area
- Customer Service:
- Providing friendly and courteous service to guests and colleagues Addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
