Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not compulsory if experienced).
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience managing a private home or working in a high-profile household.
- Proven ability to supervise domestic staff (e.g., cleaners, cooks, drivers, stewards, gardeners, security).
- Excellent skills in household coordination, organization, and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of home maintenance routines, vendor management, and repairs supervision.
- Capable of managing household budgets, purchasing supplies, and keeping accurate records.
- Must have a high sense of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer use (emails, record keeping, calendar scheduling, etc.).
- Ability to handle guests, oversee events or small gatherings, and ensure the home runs efficiently.
