Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. As a hostess, you will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Your warm attitude and organizational skills will help create a memorable first impression for every guest.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage the reservation system and waitlist
- Assign tables based on seating rotation and guest preferences
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table availability
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized Assist with guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
