3. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce hospital policies and procedures.
4. Staff Management: Supervise and support departmental staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective relationships with medical staff, hospital leadership, and external partners.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in hospital operations management.
