Job Position: HMO Billing Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

What to Expect
- Prepare and submit HMO bills and claims accurately and on schedule.
- Review and reconcile HMO payments, rejections, and outstanding balances.
- Liaise with HMO representatives to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all HMO-related transactions.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and ensure prompt remittances.
- Ensure compliance with HMO policies and agreements.
- Generate and present regular billing reports to management.
Requirements
Essential education, experience and skills:
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HMO billing or a similar healthcare finance role.
- Strong understanding of HMO operations and billing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
